i love a good mojito! though i rarely have them, they’re very holidayish and special somehow, i especially remember a lovely mango mojito in key west and a mean classic bitey one in cape town… ah those were times!

Thank you for this – I’ve always wanted to try a mojito with gin (which I much prefer), but was a little too wary of messing with a good thing. Nothing can stop me now!
