Wow – fabulous pictures! How good of the peacock to show his colours when you had your camera at the ready – just beautiful. Reply
Beautiful shots! My favorites are #2 and #3. I wish my camera could take such great close ups. Yeah…I’ll blame the camera. Reply
Joanna – Thank you! Silvia – I love the indigos and blues especially. Pia – There were two of them. One was very shy but this one loved the camera! 🙂 Holler – That’s my favourite too. He seemed very indignant at my presence! Antonia – Think that’s the first time I’ve actually seen a peacock do that with its feathers too. Helen – He is a cutie, isn’t he? Psychgrad – I got a new camera fairly recently and the zoom and macro lens are amazing. Reply
Gorgeous pictures. I once spent a summer in Oxford and there’s a inn there (The Trout) that had peacocks all over the place. They would fly high up in the trees and make a whole lot of noise. But theye were beautiful. Reply
I love peacocks. They’re loud and gaudy and I guess I just relate to them. Thanks for the lovely pictures. Reply
Sara – They are beautiful but the noise they make gives me the creeps. Katie – It’d be wonderful to, wouldn’t it? Christina – They certainly don’t do things by halves! Michelle – Aww, what a cute idea. I want one too now. Reply
